Re: Your favorite character type I'm mostly thinking of characters like Cyclops and Havok, which I suppose is less a matter of FX as build/power limitations. Sometimes, the M.O. of your powers don't let you control it once you project it away from your body. For every solid-light-construct Green Lantern, there's a guy with a laser pistol.

Re: The cranky thread *sigh* I can't sleep. After a few hours of trying, I get up and decide, pretty randomly, to brush my teeth because I have a nasty taste in my mouth. Shortly after I start brushing, I start vomiting violently. I'm just glad I was near a sink, as there was no warning; I felt no nausea or anything in my stomach. I just had to cough, and all hell broke loose.

Re: What's the craziest thing your Supers have ever done? To be fair, I don't think the player really knew what C'thulhu was. It was the same player who didn't get the reference when I waved my hand and said 'These aren't the droids you're looking for' in a different session.

Re: The cranky thread I envy you. Whether or not I am old, I FEEL old. I'm tired. Tired to the bone. I don't even believe in souls, and I'm tempted to say I'm tired to the soul as well. Life is just ... a drag. Day starts, day goes, day ends. Again and again and again. I'm tired of being alive. I honestly feel I've been alive long enough. It was fun while it lasted ... okay, no it wasn't, but in any event, I'm ready for Jane to stop this crazy thing.
