Sanderson has done an admirable job stepping up to finish Jordan's work. You can tell that the writer changed, but Sanderson explains in his notes about not copying Jordan's style. An excellent continuation, although some changes from the previous books seem rather abrupt. Tarmon Gaidon is coming...

Re: Multipower are so common, why not just cut every cost by 2 ? If you are talking about Batman Begins, I recall him tossing his pocket periscope to the kid. I don't think Bats would be negligent and give a kid a sharp object to play with.

Re: MordSith I'd have to dig it out and re-read it. I recall Zedd explaining it that it was subtractive. It was her Confessor ability that allowed her to ride in the Silph and you have to have the subtractive to ride in it.
