Re: Welcoming Women Who Game It's a mixture I've found. If you have a female player and try to cater to her interests the male players get bored and want things to move to where the explosions happen. If you don't cater at some point to her interests you're liable to lose her as a player.

Re: Nightvision and Enhanced Perception (Normal Sight) Nightvision allows for "normal" seeing at night. The Enhanced Perception is a modifier to the visual perception check. As such, yes, they would work together. Unless it was taken strictly for the "normal vision" option. -
