Re: Team Building That was my take. One mission allowed for missiles to be mounted on hard points. After that mission several of the players complained that they didn't have them all the time.

Re: Team Building The group that I ran before, the base and vehicle were paid for mainly through corporate donations. The vehicle was mainly a plot device to get them from *here* to *there*.

Re: You Don't Have to be Crazy to be a Superhero, but it Helps! I've had characters have commentary directed at them, sometimes as a dressing down from a church lady about dressing less provocatively. Usually it's a comedic moment type of thing.

Re: Would you allow this? I let the players build their characters, read over the sheet and the back story (if any), ask questions and make commentary. Then, based on that, the player is free to make adjustments.

Re: Gods with Off Switches vs. Loaded Guns. DC vs. Marvel in Character Design. Build Batman at a time when Robin was his partner. More than likely, you'll have Robin as a Follower. Batman also needs to be reflected on Robin's writeup as, at least, a Contact. And you would have a Contact more than willing to do more than just offer advice if Robin needs it. Lois and Superman are very much in the same situation.
