    Re: What Fantasy/Sci-Fi book have you just finished? Please rate it... Seems that way. It took me about 4 months to read the first book. Rest of the series flew by.

Covenant's "act" was a reflection of his broken-ness and he spent a lot of time trying to atone for it. After that book the series picked up quite a bit. The second trilogy seemed to be lacking a lot of direction from the first. Of the third I've only read the first book. Not bad for a start.

    Re: Attractiveness - Comeliness Vs. Striking Appearance 5thR, 394 And if the character chooses to take a hit, specifically states something like "I let him hit me" as a GM I wouldn't bother to see if the 18 came up. The hero just took the hit.

    Re: Attractiveness - Comeliness Vs. Striking Appearance Actually, Lucius, a player CAN choose to be hit. He can interpose himself between two opponents or he can tell the GM that he is taking no defensive action whatsoever against his opponent.

    Re: Evil drrushing could better relate it. He was involved in a game where the players went back in time and one of them stopped the assassination of Lincoln. One of the other characters took it upon himself to maintain the timeline.
