  1. Tony should have a STR somewhere around 10-15, with the armor boosting it. Aquaman should be 25-30 STR to start.
  2. Plot device. It cranks them out until the heroes stop it.
  3. That's assuming that all XP earned in a given time is directed at one skill/ability. People learn multiple things simultaneously.
  4. There is already a pretty extensive list of Skills in HERO. I think you would be hard pressed to find a skill not covered somewhere. Now, if you're talking Powers and Abilities, there are resources to assist (not least of which is this board) building anything. And you will find that you will get multiple different answers on a "how to" question.
  5. Some type of ranged attack that has "Target falls" attached to it.
  6. That was early in his career and he wasn't pushing.
  7. Can you lift a motorcycle with 3 showgirls sitting on it with only a 20 STR?
  8. 50 STR is too high for Cage. I'd put him at 40 at most.
  9. Stats aren't going to change. What you're looking at is the SFX reason for why the character works the way it does. No "compound power" required. Straight powers doing what you want are perfectly fine.
  10. The "benefit" of neg COM as applied to PRE attacks was offset by the fact that all other aspects were severely hampered. Most other interaction skills took a hit.
  11. Not to mention, what happens when combat moves beyond where he's rooted himself?
  12. BTVS - I Robot, You Jane ep1.08
  13. Bows shouldn't do much to a skel anyways. Too much possibility of a through-and-through for no damage.

    Babylon 5

I want to see JMS's original story, as it was planned, without the departure of actors or producers saying how they want things to be. He needs to write it as a series of novels.

    Babylon 5

    Neither can she. Boom-sha-ka-la-ka, boom-sha-ka-la-ka.
  16. He'd be a good Peter Parker/Spider-Man villain.
  17. I'd suggest watching Cast a Deadly Spell if you can find a copy of it. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0101550/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1 You could look to things like Dresden. Those that use magic have their own legal system.
  18. Melee attacks are usually good for a beating.
