The INT rating has nothing to do with how intelligent someone is. It has more to do with how fast they process information in their head.

Only if you over-think it. Make a VPP with defined limits of what can be pulled out of the Zeist pocket. I wouldn't use a summon for it.

Does it matter where the items originate from? Might be that they come from inside his mind and the application of the power to pull it out, creates the item.

Average stats, male or female, are 8. 10 is the starting point for player characters, male or female.

Use points to buy whatever little tricks the character has. Same as any other character.

Absolutely, Tasha. On the BattleTech board you can't post fan designs outside of a forum specifically for that purpose. A forum that anyone attached to the company isn't supposed to visit. Fan designs on other boards that I'm aware of usually end up getting edited or deleted by the moderators so that it isn't an issue for the company.

You know, 99% of the bannings I'm aware of, were because the offending members acted like an asshole. Either towards the general membership or towards the moderators/admin. So on a guess, repeatedly and loudly being a negative presence can get you banned. Not for having a less-than-positive opinion of the system.
