    Personal and Universal energies are a way of normally casting, like massey said, pay your points and buy your powers. Those that use someone/thing else's powers usually have a Disad/Complication reflecting their relationship with the power source.

    No. Figured stats are those derived by the primary stats. OCV is a function of DEX. Leaping is a function of STR.

    At least this is your own opinion. Would that be "2nd Punisher" as in "Punisher: Warzone" or Punisher with Tom Jane as there was an earlier iteration with Dolph Lundgren in the Castle role.
