Okay. We know Tony has control issues (and ego). In Iron Man he is confronted by accountability. He makes weapons, but until it happens to him he was happy with there being zero accountability. In Age of Ultron Tony thinks "a suit of armor around the world" and creates Ultron. (Genius moron) In Captain America: Civil War Stark is confronted by a mother whose child was killed by Stark's creation. Stark feels guilty. Wants there to be accountability, but does not want to be held personally accountable for his part in the creation of Ultron, so he passed the buck (and the Sokovia Accords) to the Avengers. Otherwise, Stark would have accepted full responsibility for Ultron and his creation's actions. Stark, based on his need to not be personally accountable (because, hey, he signed the Accords), puts Hawkeye, Wanda, Ant-Man, and Falcon under arrest/confinement in the Raft (probably without any kind of due process). And Cap pretty much an exile in Wakanda.

Tony does seem to be the Avengers worst enemy.

And then we get Teen Tony Iron Man.

Last interview I saw with Peart he said he was retired and he meant it. That was 2 years ago, if I recall.

I agree with Sketchpad. The systems are too diverse. Much better to get a working version based off of that better fits within your campaign.
