This is another spawn of the Natural Disasters thread. The main question here is, what effects are needed to model an earthquake, and what sort of actions can heroes take to (best case) halt the earthquake before it can do damage or (usual case) what sort of things can the heroes do to minimize the damage done? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
