Usually, we played a Hero Games title (Champions, Danger International, Fantasy Hero) but every few weeks we'd try a "beer-and-pretzels" game like Teenagers from Outer Space, Toon, The Real Ghostbusters game, etc. When Running a comedy campaign, make sure you know what kind of stuff your players think is funny. As long as you know that, you're good-to-go. Most comedy campaigns get old after one or two sessions, so be prepared to switch off with a not-comedy game between the comedy sessions.
