  1. Re: Where do I download volume II? Thanks! I was looking for something big and obvious, not the small print at the bottom of the page, which I assumed was boilerplate.

  3. Re: Where do I download volume II? I can't figure out how to contact Hero Games, but I noticed that tracking numbers have been assigned to both items. Who can I communicate with to confirm whether my copy of volume 2 is a "dead tree" or a PDF I was s'pose to download? I wanted a PDF of Vol. 2 but if the book's already been processed & packed I'll be more than happy to have a hard copy instead.
  4. Re: Effects of "Heightened Libido"? Now that you put it like that i'd be surprised if she hasn't succumbed to temptation, if only off-camera. Perhaps a fear of hurting "fragile human" lovers is just a rationalization. Perhaps she's only attracted to the powerful and absurdly fit heroes (and villains) she hangs around with now?
  5. I just purchased Hero6 volumes 1 & 2, in PDF (plus a damaged copy of volume 1 to be shipped later). I was easily able to figure out how to download Volume 1, but can't seem to find the link to download Volume 2. Help?

  9. Re: Heroes for pay Perhaps, but most people don't carry one with them unless they carry concealed (most jurisdictions require a license). Where open carry is permitted, there aren't many people who aren't going to/coming from a shooting range or hunting grounds who do. Only case I can recall was a gunshop I used to frequent where the owner carried a revolver during business hours.

  16. Re: A thematic question regarding Life Support (Disease) and (Poisons) There could be a subconsciously-controlled (or consciously-controlled) mechanism that intervenes when actual damage is about to occur. Perhaps an ego roll is required to shake off all non-toxic effects, otherwise the person's body simply repairs the damage when it occurs, whether the SFX is a natural resistance or mind-linked nanobots that patrol the body and remove toxins (or toxic metabolites). Maybe the chemical's damage isn't a primary effect but the toxic side effects are a result of metabolizing the substance? Alcohol combined with acetaminophen is a fairly good example, as this combination overwhelms the liver's ability to remove toxins from the blood. Perhaps the character's liver recognizes harmful toxins and removes them, but not necessarily their precursors?
