Okay, then, I have three more nominations for today. These are all in the Street Level classification. The Confessor (Astro City) Spirit of '76 And, inspired by Cancer.... Darkwing Duck!

Last week, the temperature in my home town got down to -29°F (-34°C) one night. Yesterday, the high temperature there was 61°F (16°C). That's a swing of 90°F (50°C) in less than a week.

I called Comcast today and told them to switch us over to the Meryl Streep package--we only want channels that show football and mixed martial arts.

The Darkness once made Minute Rice in 38 seconds.

More updates. I've left Shazam! and Wocket the Ewok off the spreadsheet for the moment; I'll include them as soon as I get the necessary clarifications. I have also placed Dr. Manhattan in the Unlimited Class tournament. I'm thinking about another week or so should give us a good pool of heroes to move on to the next step. What do you all think? Okay, we've been at this for about a week now, and there have been a lot of really great characters nominated. Oddly enough, however, there have also been some really great characters who have not been nominated. So I'm going to take the liberty to nominate some of them. You're welcome. Okay, here is the latest update. As always, take a look and tell me what I've missed. I'm seeing a lot of great nominations, including several I'm not familiar with and several I didn't expect. I'm also fascinated by some of the charactes who haven't been nominated. Time will tell, I suppose.

This is true. Steve already nominated Hercules in the Unlimited Class, back in post #58: So, Bazza and Psybolt, I'm afraid I have to nix your nomination and second. Baz, feel free to make another nomination in Hercules' place if you wish. I hope to have updates completed soon.
