  2. Re: "Neat" Pictures It's quite pixilated, but I did see this story earlier. However, with the angles seen from the "winged" cats I've seen, I think they're cultivated hair mats. We had a feral that wouldn't let us groom and he'd get platters hanging off him before we'd have to groom him under protest.

  4. Re: Fantasy Art Thread Not as dark as on my monitor, but I still think the last one is the best.
  5. Re: Jokes Actually, there is such a thing: Meow Mix CD
  6. Re: Champions (Super)Hero Resources I thought the City of Heroes RPG got axed. Wasn't it being done by the same people that did the Buffy RPG?
  7. Re: The Non Sequitor Thread That has got to be one of the most slimy things I've had to handle.
  8. Re: "Neat" Pictures Very nice. I expect to see that featured by Cake Wrecks as part of the Sunday Sweets.
  9. Re: Hero Dice ...collector's item, but still in demand. If you look around the forum, Steve or Darren mentioned that dice will be done in the 6e colors. I forget the timeline though.
  10. Re: "Neat" Pictures The Paintings The thread that I'm starting to put more scans in. Box load of postcards and other stuff from all over the place. I just scanned a postcard from Salt Lake city, circa 1954 with a mini bag of salt from the lake still attached. Also, postcards from Saigon in 1955, Japan in 1901, New York City in 1912, Miami in 1926. My family traveled a bit and knew a bunch that also traveled.
  11. Re: The Last Word Been frisked, though mostly at concerts which do a much better job than the airport. Or at least my low number of being frisked. The one time at the airport, they failed to notice the crochet hook sticking out of my vest pocket.
  12. Re: naming a city for a supers campaign Campaign City. It's got everything, waterfront, mountains nearby, etc...
  13. Re: "Neat" Pictures Some postcards I scanned: A Few cards for larger versions of what's below. Crystal Cave in Sequoia National Park, around 1951 Not sure where this is, possibly in the Alps. Cards in the book also had Versailles in the first part of the 1900s. Twin Peaks in San Francisco, 1920-1940 I'm guessing
  14. Re: Unsure how, why, where... or _whether_ to start! Going by hand is fine. I tend to write up stuff and then later on I'll put it into Hero Designer to check the math.
  15. Re: Make Your Own Motivational Poster Peppermint Schnapps from what I can guess. Bottom is Creme De Menthe was how I was looking stuff up. So the top is an Orange Liquor (Grand Marnier)?
  16. Re: The Last Word Maybe if I'd mention more than tether and velcro. Whips, chains, and jello for instance. So, no idea what you're talking about.
  17. Re: Longest Running Thread EVER Perhaps with the sun roof
  18. Re: The Last Word I've got a tether and velcro, so I'm set.
  19. Re: The "Nice Happy" Thread Not a bad couple weeks. I setup a cafepress site so that some t-shirts and stuff were available for The Stinky Book Club which is a blog about my wife reading to a particular group of cats at Best Friends. I also will be getting some photos up in a gallery in town. I'll be making a pittance, but right now, it's more about exposure than money.
  20. Re: Quote of the Week From My Life. I ordered a veggie burger at I think Chili's and was asked if I wanted bacon on it.
  21. Re: The cranky thread Good to know Collie.
  22. Re: City of Heroes - Online Hero Game Issue 17 features noted: http://www.cityofheroes.com/news/game_updates/issue_17/issue_17_overview.html
  23. Re: The cranky thread makes note: "do not piss off Cancer" Oh, I easily found Datastudio's website. Apparently they won an award for it. I have a feeling I know which one Cancer would award them as well.
  24. Re: What Fantasy/Sci-Fi book have you just finished? Please rate it... Actually, Oath of Fealty, due out March 16 is brand new material taking place after the last book in the Deed series.
  25. Re: The cranky thread I nearly broke my ankle long time ago. After X-rays, the doctor was surprised the bone was allright. Ligaments were not in great shape and I had massive bruising and wound up with a bruise circulating around my foot.
