Re: A Thread for Random Musings Ever since becoming a vegetarian, I've often been told by vegans, this cheese tastes great, it's just like the real thing! And it's always been false. This week, was told about Daiya and since one of the people who said it worked became vegetarian later than I did, I thought I'd try it out. I'm going to have to say the Mozzarrella worked well. Did two pizzas with it. It's slightly runnier in my opinion while hot, but very close. The second pizza I used maybe 1/3 the cheese I would normally use and the pizza turned out good. It's not an exact match, but closest I've ever seen. Comes in cheddar as well. Another friend tried it on her son, who is allergic to everything it seems, and no problems. So I'm pretty impressed with it.

Re: The Last Word Depends on the bug. When I did Databases for coroners, I was on-site at the New Jersey facility. I was trying to finish something up and there's a wet plop on the desk. I look up, and the coroner asks "So how would this be entered?" pointing at a heart in a bag. I think he was surprised that I said, "Partial remains and if the other parts are in a different record, you can link them. But I think that's a cow heart." Which it was. Coroners have an icky sense of humor.

Re: Beating Dr. Destroyer...how do (or did) you do it? Yea, the autofire penetrating RKA is why in our campaign we put some strict limits on how many levels of penetrating and hardening could be done. (If you had 2 levels of hardening, that was enough)

Re: Aircraft Designed to Fly Like Maple Seeds Do something of a steady cam trick. If you can get the lens near the center of the spin (which looked possible), you could either spin the sensor or just SW correct the raw feed.

Re: Character that keeps on going, even if in pieces... One player of ours had bought extra Body with invisible effects. To the observer, he had ten Body. He actually had around 100 (high powered game, obviously) Now this just would show a single point. You could buy duplication, based on taking body. (or an attack that would do body to a normal, but you actually have the defenses, just invisible)
