If it relates to someone personally or gets misinterpreted, there's a good chance you might hit a raw nerve instead of any sort of humor value. Heck, it happened to you not that long ago.

Re: Musings on Random Musings Well, looks like I missed a hot topic. I'll just say I agree with Bill. Chad, sorry to hear the diagnosis, but Bob has certainly pulled up some good advice. My only experience with diabetes is my mom had it, but refused to acknowledge it. It didn't work.

Re: The Last Word Depends on the state. Where I used to live, pretty much mandatory to sort trash, etc... and refunds on containers. Utah, it seems frowned on. I was talking to a coworker about it and another coworker who grew up in the area goes "Why should you have to recycle, we have a landfill!" and then he went off into crazy territory about liberal government plots and how recycling is one of the ways how they track you.
