1. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Carnival, one of The Arc's Uberworld characters: I can just hear Harley Quinn now: "Hey! You're horning in on my schtick, Clown Girl!" Major Tom 2009
2. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Blackguard (a character of Enforcer84's from Champions Online): Maybe it's me, but this guy kind of looks like what Captain Marvel might look like if he ever turns to the dark side ()... Major Tom 2009
3. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine I just got my latest set of pics back from The Arc, and here's the first one -- Atomic Girl, a member of the Singapore Samurai (a superteam of the Uberworld universe): Major Tom 2009
4. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine These guys look like something you'd see in the Nile Empire (from the Torg RPG), and not necessarily on the side of the good guys... Major Tom 2009
5. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine You know, I'd managed to forget all about that particular thread -- especially with the pics of Darth Vader in pink armor and the Hello Kitty suit -- and then you had to remind us of it. Curse you, Xavier Onassiss! Curse you to the darkest four-color pits of Cartoon Hell! Major Tom 2009
6. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine You know... it'd take some serious chutzpah (and a size XXL pair of brass ones) to actually use those in a WH40K game. Of course, there may be special rules for the use of such figs -- like, say, that friendly forces are stunned with disbelief for X number of turns after first see- ing pink-armored Chaos Space Marines charging toward them. Major Tom 2009
7. Re: Superhero Images Somehow, I suspect that saying that the young lady in question would be "not pleased by this at all" would make the person saying it guilty of a gross understatement. As for the pic (which is fantastic, BTW), it'd make a great character for a Space Opera/Fantasy game. Think about it: just how many hottie Drow succubae packing rayguns are there, anyway? Major Tom 2009
8. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Lady Nightshade, leader of the Gunsen Corporation's zombie ninjas: Lady Nightshade (her true name is unknown at this time) has been altered by an experimental form of the process which created their force of zombie ninjas. Not only has she retained her intelligence in its entirety, she has also retained her beauty as well. While her skin does have the same discolored appearance as that of Gunsen's other zombie ninjas, it isn't decaying at all. Indeed, those men who have encountered her -- and lived to speak of it -- have unanimously described her as being "beautiful in a creepy sort of way". The only outward signs of Lady Nightshade's difference from the undead war- riors she commands are her amber-colored eyes, and the fact that she has no smell of decay hanging about her (unlike the "normal" zombie ninjas, whose odor of decayed flesh tends to give away their presence -- unless measures have been taken to conceal it). Lady Nightshade is a mistress of both armed and unarmed combat, and is rarely seen without her weapons: a naginata which has been modified with the addition of a spear point at the other end, allow- ing her to use it for both slashing and thrusting attacks; a pair of sais, which she uses both as stabbing weapons and as a way to dis- arm her opponents, and a pair of wakizashi swords -- and those are just the visible weapons. She is also -- as has been traditional for kunoichi since feudal times -- a mistress of seduction, in spite of her macabre appearance (her masters within the corporation have speculated that the process that they used to create her may have given her a pheromone-based ability to influence men in the way that she can). Identifying quote: "It isn't a case of the men who find me attractive being necrophiliacs, as it is a case of me being a vivi-philiac." Major Tom 2009
9. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine The Gunsen Corporation's answer to nosy investigators that stick their noses into the corp's business where they don't belong -- Zombie Ninjas: Major Tom 2009
10. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine "Bloody Borden": Major Tom 2009
11. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Here are some more pics, starting with another of The Arc's UW characters -- Al-Humra Nisr: Major Tom 2009

17. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Here's some more of The Arc's Uberworld characters done in F2011 format -- starting with E. Bunny: And no, I don't think that the "E" in his name stands for either Easter or Everready...unless, of course, it means being ever ready to be up to no good (). Major Tom 2009
18. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Bet that the boys of Clan McLeod are doing a group wolf-whistle right about now ()... Major Tom 2009
19. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine A pink battlesuit?! Good Lord, man -- are you mad?! Major Tom 2009
20. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine SSgt. Baloo: to answer your question on the Settings page, no, there's no relation to anyone named Thrud the Barbarian where that particular pic (the Thrud, daughter of Thor pic) is concerned; I was going with the description that The Arc gave me. BTW, what'd you think of my take on the Ultimate Soldier battlesuit? Major Tom 2009
21. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine If you think that the next-gen US suit is scary as it is now, just think -- I could have pulled a Starship Troopers (movie version), and made the missiles "bug-buster" tac-nukes (). Major Tom 2009
22. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Here's another of Legatus' characters that was originally done in A/T-style, but wasn't one of the Emperors -- Rangaron, who, if I'm remembering his description correctly, was supposed to be a "planet warden" (whatever that is): Major Tom 2009
23. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine And here's the other one of The Arc's UW characters in this set of pics -- Thrud, daughter of Thor: Major Tom 2009
24. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine OK, now that the pics of Legatus' and Logan D's characters have been gotten out of the way (for now...), it's time for some more of The Arc's Uberworld characters, starting with Cudgel, last of the Provos: Major Tom 2009
25. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine And finally, we come to Sovereign: There were three other members of the Emperors -- Anvil (not to be confused with the character of the same name that's over on the Else Earth character thread of Enforcer84's), Princess, and SkySon -- whose pics I'd done, and which have already been posted to this thread.
