LuckJaw
Anyone have access to a 4th edition character sheet on a PDF... I have been browsing the internet and just find the champion one. Thanks.
Duke Bushido
Possibly. I'll have to find the software to pull it apart, I'm afraid: my computer with such software died, and it never occurred to me to put it into my current (and very outdated) one. I will see what I can do. However, the PDF of Fantasy Hero isn't too pricey, and it's in the store on this site. You can likely tease it out of there. Oh- if your looking for a fillable PDF, I can't help you. As I prefer to do characters with pencil and paper, those things were never of any interest to me. (no; it's not a conceit; I find the whole process to be very relaxing)
Norm
The wayback machine failed me also. It did take me down a rabbit hole to see OLD versions of the site along with other people's sites I used to look at (Red October BBS, Dungeon Hero, Surbook's Stuff, etc). I forgot that Surbook's Stuff has been around as long as it has. Memory lane... man am I starting to feel old. https://web.archive.org/web/19980204044814/http://www.herogames.com/herogames/links.html https://web.archive.org/web/19980702070157/http://www.herogames.com/herogames/links.html https://web.archive.org/web/19981206215529/http://www.herogames.com/links.html Tywyll
Duke Bushido
I've gone through all the 4e Fantasy HERO stuff, and found many sheets, but none of them were character sheets. Perhaps you mean the 4e HERO System Rulesbook character sheet?
C-Note
There is no 4th Edition Fantasy Hero character sheet in any of the books. Here is the one from 4th Edition Hero System Rulesbook. Duke Bushido
Back home now (got off early! Woo-hoo!) I have the same sheet as C-Note, save that I reduced the margins to increase the size of the sheet itself (much easier to write in that way). Duke Bushido
Oh, hey-- I almost forgot! I never cared for the generic "HERO System" stamp in the top center of sheet. I tend to replace them with logo rips from the various books. My personal favorite for Fantasy games can be found here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B-XssqvF7nIfOXV1bUNoNzBXVjR0bmJoSlh4d0N5bktsdEhJ I know-- it's from the 3e books and not the 4e, but I find it prints a bit nicer. I miss the old Heromaker (I think that’s the old program). And you could change the logo. I have Champions, Ninja Hero and Enemies logo on the old sheets. Alas you can’t do that out of the gate with Hero Designer. 😥 Scott Ruggels
Duke Bushido
No, but you can do something pretty decent with photoshop or other image manip stuff, once you've got a sheet to scan. Ninja-Bear
Ninja-Bear
True Duke but I would rather have it as an option in HD as it was in the old days. 😁 Duke Bushido
Duke Bushido
Oh, I totally get that. This topic had me lamenting the very same thing at the game yesterday. :(. (I don't use HD-- like I said, I _enjoy_ the paper and pencil approach. However, I have a couple of players that do use it.)

I wish I could say "quickly," but an "early day" at my job means "just the 12 hours," and the wife works nights, so I've got cooking and homework duty for the kids-- but I _will_ get it done for you; no problem. Lord Liaden
If you mean the character sheet from the really original, pre-4E, First Edition of Fantasy Hero, you can probably print it off from the PDF of that book which is now in the Hero Games website store. I never had it, but I had purchased Creation Workshop (for Windows) with plugins for Hero, GURPS and Fuzion. The Hero-branded version was called Hero Creator. Alter Ego Software has an update page that has some patched files for the two CW-based versions here. https://www.alteregosoftware.com/update/ I'm actually running my old, unpatched copy of CW on W10 (1909), and it works fine. Mishine
Hi, just picked up a bundle of champions books and I am looking for 4 edition character sheets. The PDFs above are not available atm. Would appreciate a repost. I am also curious if anyone has a google spreadsheet (or similar) character sheet. I am on a Mac so a Hero Designer will not work, and I do not think it supports 4th edition. Cheers.

Hero Designer works just fine on a Mac since it is a Java app. As for 4th edition, you’d have to find an older version of HD (v.3 I think) to be compatible. Panpiper
My favorite RPG of all time was 4th Edition Fantasy Hero. Just saying. Scott Ruggels
Mishine
Thank you for the hint on HD - do you happen to know if you get access to older version if you buy the latest? @PanpiperTotally agree about Fantasy Hero - I am hoping they put together a humble monthly bundle for that content 😀
Brian Stanfield
Mishine, send a message to Simon about older HD versions. He’s the designer and answers all the forum questions about it. I’d make it a private message, though, so he doesn’t feel cornered by whatever he might tell you in a public forum.
