Brian Stanfield
Does anybody have a good source for multi-level floor plans for modern buildings? I'm looking for several stories of a brownstone or low-rise commercial building.

archer
I bookmarked these for future reference. The descriptions were how the sites were described to me. I haven't had time to look at any of them. I thought I had another group of map links that I know were specifically for modern games but I can't find it. Maybe it was on an old computer which has gone to that great computer graveyard in the sky. http://www.hexographer.com/ - old school roleplaying style mapping software. Has a forum. https://secure.profantasy.com/products/cc3.asp a long-standing game mapping program. Has a forum. https://www.cartographersguild.com/content.php - a site devoted to providing resources for game mapping. archer
Does a brownstone look something like this? It's kind of a golden-brown.
archer
You can look in Google images for "blueprint sanctum sanctorum" and get a cut-away view of all the levels of Doctor Strange's house. You can do the same thing for Avenger's Mansion and the Xavier Institute for Higher Learning if those are more the style you're looking for. I realized what I’m looking for is more of an office building. I’m trying to come up with something that would work as the Carthage Club in 1030s Hudson City. Think “Empire Club in a smaller city.”
Spence
I believe there is one in Thrilling Places. There is. The Grant Building. Brian Stanfield

I was considering that, but it may get used in future adventures. I may just use the empire Club floor plan and file the serial numbers off in case in case I use the Empire Club later. I’m looking at floor plan software, but most of it is nominally free and not entirely useful until I subscribe.
Spence
I have a buttload (real word 😁) of floor plans. What is the intended purpose? I may be able to find one when I get home.
Brian Stanfield
Just now, Spence said: I have a buttload (real word 😁) of floor plans. What is the intended purpose? I may be able to find one when I get home. I'm looking for a good office building map that will work as the Carthage Club in Hudson City. Just 2 or 3 stories, but the first story needs to be more like a ballroom/dining area to match the description of the building. I'm just using it for my new group in a Pulp HERO campaign. Spence
I seem to remember something suitable, but I'll need to look. Brian Stanfield
Greywind
If you find something you like, pop the floorplan into something like GIMP and remove walls for the ballroom/dining area until you're satisfied. ...or the upper levels cave in because you took out a load-bearing wall. drunkonduty, Brian Stanfield, Spence and 1 other 1
