death tribble
David Duchovny is in his late 50s, Gillian Anderson will be 50 this year. So a lot of other people in TV that we liked are getting really old. The surviving Star Trek Original series are all in their 80s for example. A lot of people we like are all nearing retirement. Except the Rolling Stones.

She looked pretty good for her age too; I saw her recently guest-programming on TCM. I had no idea she was William Holden's partner for many years. Of course they didn't have to have him such a whiny brat you wanted Worf to through him out an air lock. There has been one and only one Star Trek series, and that was back in the 60s. I refuse to believe there was another one. Cassandra and Duke Bushido

Nobody left but Ron Howard, and Betty Lynn (who played Thelma Lou and she is 90, I think) and Elinor Donahue (Ellie Walker, Andy's first season girlfriend) Heck, even watching old Battlestar Galactica, I have to remember Dirk Benedict is 70. I'm depressed.

Cygnia
I've told the husband I want a cow catcher attached if I ever need a mobility scooter. Watchman Mk. IV
Ternaugh
I was on the main casino floor one day, when a power chair went by. There was a plank between the footrests, and a chihuahua was riding it as if it was the figurehead on a ship's prow. Since we technically only allow service animals in the building, I've often wondered if it was acting as some kind of navigator for the chair. A different time, I saw a mobility scooter whip by at high speed, and then another came around the corner and tried to pass it. All I could think of was Mario Cart. wcw43921

death tribble
There are people on this forum that will fail their beserk roll if you imply that there was a sequel to the film Highlander.

Greywind
Highlander Highlander: The Dreckoning Highlander: The Rehash Highlander: Endgame <-followed the series fairly well. Just bad editing choices. Highlander: The Sauce <-which most of the crew was drinking while working. Cassandra
Old Man
The thing that impresses me most about the Highlander franchise is just how sequel-proof the premise is.
