Another question about the rounding rule, this time as it pertains to movement.
If a character has an odd number of meters of movement (ie 13m Running), does their 1/2 Move round in the character's favor (ie 7m)? Or do you keep the 0.5m rate (ie 6.5m), which if using hexes for movement may effectively result in rounding down (ie the character can only move 6 x 1m hexes, because moving 7 x 1m hexes would exceed their 1/2 move?
