B-25's were what Jimmy Doolittle and his unit flew off the deck of USS Hornet in the famous "thirty seconds over Tokyo" raid that raised American morale and made for aggravating strategic errors by the Japanese.

That's a tough one. I love the P-38, but the Mosquito came along at just the right time and was so incredibly versatile. Fighter, light bomber, recon plane, light transport the Mosquito could do it all.

Edit: Oops too slow. So I'll answer this one: P-61, just cause I've always liked it.

Dr. Strange is sorcerer supreme with a fantastic origin story

Percy Jackson vs Harry Potter

Potter had the power of the entire school backing him up (both book and movie) while Jackson was a demigod and had had the collective power of the demigod camp to use.  This camp told him to go on a mission and not take advantage of its power and abilities (it even denied them), as a result the winner would have to be Percy Jackson.

Now lets see who's funnier:  Sgt. Bilko or Gomer Pyle.
