Then I get into it and there are so many previous posts that I figure whatever I'm going to post has already been covered so I'd better read before I post so I don't look foolish. However I'm too impatient and my interest shifts before I get finished and so I never do post. It symbolizes much of what is wrong with this country - a callous disregard for developing talent carefully, inclusion fo MBAs to do things instead of people qualified in an industry, a disregard for firing people (even if just symbolic, with all the rhetorically good intent in the world, saying you "enjoy" firing people and looking forward to it is horrible), and a desire for immediate gratification.
