Enforcer84
High Ankle Sprain as the verdict I heard on Myles. Any updates?
Pariah
Browns Gotta Brown... Browns fear Myles Garrett's ankle injury is serious, sources say; will undergo MRI And they just cut Calvin Prior, who the acquired over the summer from the Jets. Because of a fist fight, apparently. Enforcer84
Everyone see that Austin Hooper Stiff-Arm for his TD? That was fierce.

Burrito Boy
Tony Romo’s Debut Introduces Exciting Possibility That Football Commentators Don’t Have to Be Terrible I thought Dan Fouts already proved that.
Pariah
I'm one of the 23 people on Earth who thought that Dennis Miller did a great job on Monday Night Football.
Badger
I found Miller ok, actually. In any case I have to deal with Joe Buck every baseball season, so I have a high tolerance for pain in this regard. Note: It's always painfully obvious that Buck is a football guy who does baseball as a nod to his father. At least to me.
Badger
Everyone see that Austin Hooper Stiff-Arm for his TD? That was fierce. Those are still allowed?
Old Man
Physical contact is only illegal if you're a defensive player.
Badger
Well, if you are airborne and realize you are going HtH with a receiver, you are expected to freeze in midair and reverse direction to avoid it.
Pariah
Well, the Donkeys certainly tried to give that game away in the 4th quarter, but they couldn't quite do it. "Ball security", guys. Look it up.

Badger
I was thinking if you are Andrew Luck are you motivated to come back? The last 3 years, management has been steadfast in their belief that their OL is actually good (or) they just want to kill Luck and collect the Life insurance. (course Russell Wilson probably has that kind of paranoia too)

Old Man
Impossible. Luck would cost a team an entire year's draft picks.
Michael Hopcroft
Texans linebacker Brian Cushing has been suspended ten games for performance-enhancing drug violations. Oddly, he won't appeal. Cushing is 30 years old and an eight-year veteran. Since it's unclear how much football he has left, I can understand why he would be doping. Still, he just drugged himself out of at least four million dollars. This is a significant blow to a Texans team that was blown out in Week 1 by Jacksonville. Let that sink in for a second. They were blown out by Jacksonville.
Old Man
Yeah, but they play the Bungles tonight. It's a classic example of a resistible force meeting a movable object.
Enforcer84
Quick, someone check on Starlord. His Bungles stink. He may be drink
Pariah
The Bengals are starting to look a lot like the Browns.
Old Man
If it makes him feel better, half the moo cows were injured and didn't play. They had to get a TE off the practice squad.
Cygnia
Mind you, it would have only benefited the Browns if the Texans lose -- they get their draft pick next year.
Badger
There are rumors that the Colts are wanting to trade him is they can find a taker. Well, in any case, it will always surprise me, how teams draft their franchise QB, and think their offensive problems are solved. Without stopping to think that without a line, he wont be able to walk in 5 years. (not to mention, he could use a couple of receivers and/or running game, but at least give the poor bastard a line) AKA: Step 1: Draft a franchise QB Step 2: Over the next 5 years, make sure 90% of your picks in rds 1-3 are for the defensive side, whether you need the help or not. Step 3: After 5 years, draft your next franchise QB, to replace the previous one who is either fled town or in the grave Step 4: see Step 2 Step 5 (alternate) Feign righteous indignation, when your fans scream that the offense stinks and the QB position has a high mortality rate, and tell them, you have been doing everything possible to give your QB a supporting cast for years. (Step 5.2, answer your fans by drafting a long snapper in the 3rd rd.)
Pariah
An observation from Yahoo! Sports: The Dolphins and Buccaneers haven’t even played a game yet and already there has been a coordinator fired this season. Poor Bungles.
