steriaca
Let's go back to rookie villain Blackball. Blackball can look out of his spear shaped forcefield, but nobody can look in. How would you do this? Would Invisibility, Only To Hide Actions And Not Locstion work? How would you price that?
Steve Long
What you suggest would probably be one way to do what you want (I'll leave the value of the Limitations to the GM). Depending on your GM, there might be others. For example, assuming a character had a large enough cape, I personally might allow him to hide his actions (within reason) by voluminously wrapping his cape around himself and using Sleight Of Hand (though this would only last for a Phase). I'm sure Herodom Assembled will have plenty of ideas, too. Whaddaya think, folx?
Christopher R Taylor
Darkness vs sight, centered on the character, with personal immunity. Same radius as the protective sphere.
steriaca
Darkness vs sight, centered on the character, with personal immunity. Same radius as the protective sphere. If I built it as Barrier, then yes. But what if I go with Resistant Protection instead?
Christopher R Taylor
Doesn't matter what the other power is, as long as the darkness has the same radius of effect (or, special effect) so it matches the globe..
Hugh Neilson
Yup - using R Protection makes it easier as there is no default radius to match. Note also that areas are the maximum - a character can certainly pay for a 512 meter radius and define it as a 500 meter radius to be exactly 1 km in diameter. You're way overthinking a pretty simple construct.
dsatow
You'll find in Hero, "A dozen ways to skin a cat". As has been suggested Invisibility Darknesss Some other ideas Images - You can't see what I'm doing Barrier with opaque A really high concealment/stealth linked to the resistant defense only with not moving
Hugh Neilson
Change Environment to penalize PER rolls to see the character's actions, much like the StealthSuit penalizes the ability to detect him at all.

If there was only one way to do something, one of us would think up another way.
