Steve Long Posted August 9, 2016 Report Share Posted August 9, 2016 If you as GM think that's a sufficiently serious restriction to justify a Limitation, sure -- what you describe sounds very much to me like a classic example of a "house rule" or a magic system definition rule. But in the rules as written, no -- what types of slots a character chooses to have in his Multipower is a matter of personal choice and does not qualify for a Limitation.
