1. A character with a Power that has Requires a Roll is hit with an Aid that temporarily increases the effective AP of that Power. Is the -1 per 10 AP modifier to the Roll based on the boosted AP or the original AP? (I think the answer is "boosted" but I can't find that stated.)
2. A character with a VPP is hit with an Aid that increases both the Pool and a given slot: Is the Power Skill roll to change the VPP based on the original AP or the boosted AP?
2a. Does it make a difference if the Aid lands before or after the Character has reconfigured their VPP?
2b. What happens if it's a Constant Power that is Aided while already in progress? Does the VPP Character have to make a new roll to reconfigure to the higher power level?
