Michael Hopcroft
There's a garden where I go If you meet me there no one will know In the springtime in the sun We can be alone without anyone All the butterflies and the birds Keep our secret no they won't say a word But they watch us and they know And they're happy as they see our love grow We'll sit for a while As I drink in your smile It feels like a dream that's come true My head starts to buzz And my heart fills with love Over you... Baby can't you see? You could be with me We could live inside a garden of ecstasy You could be my queen I could be your dream Our lives like a fantasy Maybe set me free? Let me be your bumblebee Now the flowers are in bloom And you've chased away my darkness and gloom When the wind blows through the trees And your voice is like a song in the breeze My doubts disappear Every time that you're near The clouds seem to run from the sky The thought of your kiss Sends my soul into bliss I get high Baby can't you see? You could be with me We could live inside a garden of ecstasy You could be my queen I could be your dream Our lives like a fantasy Maybe set me free? Let me be your- Like a serenade Every word you say Has me fallin' More and more in love with you Like a Purdie beat You are oh so sweet Every day is sunny, tastes like honey Feel so alive take me back to the hive Baby can't you see? You could be with me We could live inside a garden of ecstasy You could be my queen I could be your dream Our lives like a fantasy Maybe set me free? Ternaugh
What kind of madness rules the world today What earthly reason holding sway There is no heaven at all For some may weep And some may sleep While some may rise And some of us may fall No one is an island No one born alone No man can turn the tide of fortune on his own Though some may dare to try Say there but for the grace of God go you my friend Say there but for the grace of God go I Go I And so we live in lives of fantasy And dream of dreams that hold the key And we all follow like sheep We thread the path That leads to thee We seek the soul that is not ours to keep No one is an island No one born alone No man can turn the tide of fortune on his own Though some may bravely try Say there but for the grace of God go you my friend Say there but for the grace of God go I Go I

Greywind
I hear your name whispered on the wind It's a sound that makes me cry I hear a song blow again and again Through my mind and I don't know why I wish I didn't feel so strong about you Like happiness and love revolve around you Trying to catch your heart Is like trying to catch a star So many people love you baby That must be what you are Waiting for a star to fall And carry your heart into my arms That's where you belong In my arms baby, yeah I've learned to feel what I cannot see But with you I lose that vision I don't know how to dream your dream So I'm all caught up in superstition I want to reach out and pull you to me Who says I should let a wild one go free Trying to catch your heart Is like trying to catch a star But I can't love you this much baby And love you from this far Waiting for a star to fall And carry your heart into my arms That's where you belong In my arms baby, yeah Waiting (however long...) I don't like waiting (I'll wait for you...) It's so hard waiting (don't be too long...) Seems like waiting (makes me love you even more...) You done started doin' the things you used to do As I was motorvatin' over the hill I saw Maybellene in a Coupe de Ville A Cadillac a-rollin' on the open road Nothin' will outrun my V8 Ford The Cadillac doin' about ninety-five She's bumper to bumper, rollin' side by side Maybellene, why can't you be true ? Oh Maybellene, why can't you be true ? You done started back doin' the things you used to do The Cadillac pulled up to a hundred and four The Ford got hot and wouldn't do no more It then got cloudy and started to rain I tooted my horn for the passin' lane The rainwater blowin' all under my hood I know that I was doin' my motor good Maybellene, why can't you be true ? death tribble
Come into these arms again And lay your body down The rhythm of this trembling heart Is beating like a drum It beats for you - It bleeds for you It knows not how it sounds For it is the drum of drums It is the song of songs... Once I had the rarest rose That ever deigned to bloom. Cruel winter chilled the bud And stole my flower too soon. Oh loneliness - oh hopelessness To search the ends of time For there is in all the world No greater love than mine. Love, oh love, oh love... Still falls the rain... (still falls the rain) Love, oh love, oh, love... Still falls the night... Love, oh love, oh love... Be mine forever.... (be mine forever) Love, oh love, oh love.... Let me be the only one To keep you from the cold Now the floor of heaven's lain With stars of brightest gold They shine for you - they shine for you They burn for all to see Come into these arms again And set this spirit free

Greywind
See the lonely man there on the corner, What he's waiting for, I don't know. But he waits every day now. He's just waiting for something to show. And nobody knows him, and nobody cares, Cause there's no hidin' place, There's no hidin' place For you. Lookin' everywhere at no one, He sees everything and nothing at all, oh. When he shouts, nobody listens, Where he leads, no one will go, oh. He's a lonely man there on the corner. What he's waiting for, I don't know. But he waits every day now. He's just waiting for something to show. And nobody knows him, and nobody cares, Cause there's no hidin' place, There's no hidin' place For you and me. Are we just like all the rest? We're lookin' too hard for somethin' he's got Or movin' too fast to rest. But like a monkey on your back, you need it. But do you love it enough to leave it all? Greywind
Well, just, a look at that girl with the lights comin' up in her eyes. She's got to be somebody's baby. She must be somebody's baby. All the guys on the corner stand back and let her walk on by. She's got to be somebody's baby. She must be somebody's baby. She's got to be somebody's baby. She's so fine. She's probably somebody's only light. Gonna shine tonight. Yeah, she's probably somebody's baby, all right. I heard her talkin' with her friend when she thought nobody else was around. She said she's got to be somebody's baby; she must be somebody's baby. Cause when the cars and the signs and the street lights light up the town, She's got to be somebody's baby; She must be somebody's baby; She's got to be somebody's baby. She's so She's gonna be somebody's only light. Gonna shine tonight. Yeah, she's gonna be somebody's baby tonight. I try to shut my eyes, but I can't get her outta my sight. I know I'm gonna know her, but I gotta get over my fright. We'll, I'm just gonna walk up to her. I'm gonna talk to her tonight. Yeah, she's gonna be somebody's only light. Gonna shine tonight. Yeah, she's gonna be somebody's baby tonight. Gonna shine tonight, make her mine tonight.
Greywind
Tried to take it all away, Learn her freedom... just inside a day, And find her soul to find there fears are laid... Tried to make her love their own, They took her love... they left her there, They gave her nothing back that she would want to own... Gold and silver rings and stones, Dances slowly off the moon, No one else could know, she stands alone... Sleeping dreams will reach for her, She can not say the words they need, She knows she's alone and she is free... Ocean Gypsy of the moon, The sun has made a thousand nights for you to hold... Ocean Gypsy where are you? The shadows followed by the stars have turned to gold... Turned to gold... Then she met a hollow soul, Filled him with her light and was consoled, She was the moon and he the sun was gold... Eyes were blinded with his light... The sun she gave reflected back the night The moon was waning, almost out of sight... Softly Ocean Gypsy calls... Silence holds the stars a while, They smile sadly for her where she falls... Just the time before the dawn, The sea is hushed the ocean calls her, Day has taken her and now she's gone... No one noticed when she died, Ocean Gypsy shackled to the tide, The ebbing waves, the turning spreading white... Something gone within her eyes, Her fingers, lifeless, stroked the sand, Her battered soul was lost, She was abandoned... Silken threads like wings still shine, Wind swept pleasures still make patterns in her lovely hair... so dark and fine... Stands on high beneath the seas, cries no more, her tears have dried... Ocean weep for her, the ocean sighs...
death tribble
Solitude stands by the window She turns her head as I walk in the room I can see by her eyes she's been waiting Standing in the slant of the late afternoon And she turns to me with her hand extended Her palm is split with a flower with a flame Solitude stands in the doorway And I'm struck once again by her black silhouette By her long cool stare and her silence I suddenly remember each time we've met And she turns to me with her hand extended Her palm is split with a flower with a flame And she says "I've come to set a twisted thing straight" And she says "I've come to lighten this dark heart" And she takes my wrist, I feel her imprint of fear And I say "I've never thought of finding you here" I turn to the crowd as they're watching They're sitting all together in the dark in the warm I wanted to be in there among them I see how their eyes are gathered into one And then she turns to me with her hand extended Her palm is split with a flower with a flame And she says "I've come to set a twisted thing straight" And she says"l've come to lighten this dark heart" And she takes my wrist, I feel her imprint of fear And I say "I've never thought of finding you here" Solitude stands in the doorway And I'm struck once again by her black silhouette By her long cool stare and her silence I suddenly remember each time we've met And she turns to me with her hand extended Her palm is split with a flower with a flame
