Starlord
Comics Deadpool was briefly interesting and amusing...that didn't last long. Movie Deadpool is, so far, brilliant and funny as hell. Matt the Bruins and slikmar
zslane
My understanding is that Deadpool (the movie(s)) is beloved not just for its style and humor, but for its faithfulness to the character as presented in the comics. If Deadpool wasn't a popular character in the comics, nobody would care about him in the movies (and there would have been no outrage expressed towards his depiction in X-Men Origins: Wolverine). Christopher R Taylor
Quote I was under the impression that people expressed outrage at X-Men Origins: Wolverine because it sucked. Well it was pretty bad but the topic at hand and what he said was that people were outraged at how Deadpool was portrayed in that film. Greywind
I don't recall a red and black suit being in that movie, so logically, there could be no Deadpool in it. Christopher R Taylor
