Multiform

Working on a character that uses Multiform. He has several forms but some will disappear and others appear, never more than the number of forms he purchased. This always happens between adventures when it does happen. 

 

Basically he can become a brick, egoist and martial artist, two adventures later the egoist is gone and a new speedster form has appeared.

 

Would it be necessary to add an advantage to the ability to change the forms he has access too, even though never in combat

That's entirely up to your GM. Personally I would probably require that you pay for this in some way, unless I felt that the drawbacks to it balanced out the beneficial effects. But I'd have a hard time definitively making that call until I'd seen the character in play for at least a few game sessions.
