steriaca
Welcome. This is an expansion of the "Create A Villain" thread for the Jet Justice Revenge Society. I encourage everyone who created a villain for the Jet Justice Revenge Society to create a physical writeup here. First up (currently in incomplete form) is what would be considered his master villain. The Ming The Merciless to his Flash Gordon. The Menton to his Dan Dare, Pilot Of The Future. His name....: Diabolon The Space Devil. Evil alien from the planet Lucifer (who's low tempture in winter is 90 degrees), he is a space pirate and all around no good guy. death tribble
Thaluna is a bit like The Empress of a Billion dimensions only more human looking.
steriaca
Repurposed for his background stuff. Background/History: Luciferan Star Date 8667. I, Diabolon, wait for the dimensional gateway in space for that blasted woman to take me home to my own dimension. Blast that Thaluna! As soon as I figure out how to create and open dimensional gateways of my own, our partnership is over. But I digress. As I sit here, driven away from the planet called Earth, I ponder how I became what I am today. I was a humble citizen of the planet the Terrains call Lucifer. Lucifer does not exist in this dimension. I know. I checked. It was a happy place, except for the prevailing predigest of the people. There, the longer your horns, the better your treated. And my three horns barely measured a foot in height. I was to show them that a short horned person could conquer and rule the planet. But my plans failed and my middle horn was broken off and I was sentenced to be exiled into space. Once in space, I made my trade as a space pirate. With my powers and my ruthlessness, I soon became captain of my own space ship, The Inferno. I then plotted my revenge on Lucifer, by setting up a blockade, making shure no supplies came into the planet. And that is where I first met her, Milinda Terra. A homely being by some, still she was exotic to me. I didn't know she was the daughter of the President of Earth...well now days ex-president. I also met my arch nemesis, Jet Justice. He singlehandedly broke the blockade, rescued all the women I personally made into my harem, and sent me running towards pirate space. Over the years, we clashed. I moved from my hatred towards Lucifer itself, to hatred towards Jet Justice and all he stands for. Some would say I became obsessed in my need to eliminate him and possess Milinda Terra. I quickly destroy those who say that it is a bad thing. When I herd that Milinda and Jet were going to be wed, I struck a deal with Thaluna. With her technology, I would kidnap Milinda and lead Jet Justice to her. She would capture him and I use the portal device to pick a dimension where me and Milinda could live out our lives as master and slave. All would of worked except that Jet somehow avoided Thaluna's flagship and found my ship. We fought, and I lost. But I was determined to make Jet pay. So I opened the portal machine to a random dimension, and telekinetically pushed Milinda into the portal. Of all my surprises, Jet Justice leaped into it before it closed, and before I could follow. Thinking Jet Justice and Milinda Terra dead, I pushed myself into my crime network. For five long space-years I was unopposed. And I was unhappy. When Thaluna showed up with evidence that Jet Justice and Milinda Terra were still alive, and offered me a way there and back, I leaped at the chance. Then when I was there, Jet Justice repelled my attack with some strangely costumed and powered beings at his side. Someday I shall return to this...Earth, and I will be ready with an army of my own. Motivation/Personality: Diabolon is greedy, murderous, lecherous, and can be crude at times. And those are his GOOD traits. He loves to view himself as a freedom fighter, liberating Lucifer from the strict social order based on horn length. In reality, all he wants is the benefits long horned Luciferanins enjoy for himself, not for others. He enjoys the finer things in life, fine food, fine clothing, and fine women (especially fine women). He is extremely proud, refusing to use his mental powers to 'force' women into his bed chambers. That does not mean that he won't use other methods to do so (like threats of force, deathtraps putting the fear of god into the victim till she submits, threating her love ones, etc., etc.... ). He gets easily annoyed at his crew when they fail him. So much so that he has been known to order them killed (usually in the most evil way possible). He is easily the space pirate with the most turnaround of any space pirate crew ever. Edited June 13, 2015 by steriaca

steriaca
I'm tempted to give him some sort of energy melee weapon, more of the 'artist and writer saw Star Wars and started giving him a energy sword after 1978' than 'he needs a sword cause he is a space pirate'. Still, me and freekboy think along similar lines.
steriaca
I need some opinions for what I have planed for the Luciferian Energy Cutless (for lack of a better name). It has three settings. . 1) Shock Mode (Blast, Stun Only). . 2) Energy Crush Mode (Blast, No Range.) . 3) Energy Cut Mode (Range Killing Attack, No Range). . What is your opinion? No Range Blast/Ranged Killing Attack? Or Hand-To-Hand Attack/Killing Attack?
steriaca
Added his Energy Cutlass, and beginning on his Space Pirate Captain Armor. Anything I should have his armor do besides protect him? Remember, being a bad guy, he has unlimited agents and bases and space ships he does not have to pay for. freakboy6117
Breathing in space would be the obvious one. Bonus presence only for attacks because of the armors terrifying appearance. A one shot teleport triggered by negative body or unsurvivable falls for all those I Thought I killed you at vega seven situations
steriaca
Life Support is defently in the works. I'm thinking of adding enough Damage Negation to stop a normal 2d6 Killing Attack, prehaps making it Ablative... Internal Mental Defense should be good, untill someone breaks a horn (Physical Manifestation). . As for movement: Some flight as armored bat wings from back of the armor, which also gives a token FTL in space. I'll leave emergency t-porting to hos various space ships (The Inferno, the Abandon Hope, the Apple of Sin, ect, ect, ect...). . Tacitly this guy is the guy who hates fair fights. He also loves sending wave after wave of grunts after heros. Only when he sees an advantage will he strike personaly.

Nothere
So as Diabolon is the big bad at 557 points should the lesser villians aim for like 400 or just build whatever their ideal is?
steriaca
He is only 'big bad' cause he has tons of henchmen and equipment, space ships, ect. And he will be more expensive cause of skills and talents. But, anyways, the others will be whatever point total they are. Sometimes it is not points which make a villain top tear, it is what they do WITH them.

Nothere
Sav''ge Magnus the conclusion Sav'ge Magnus was not well liked among the upper levels of Erath's government, Big, brutish, and with a fascination with people who settled their problems with conflict other than reason. Still his brilliance and drive not only made the Magnus Conglomerate one of earth's biggest, but he was a key player in earths defence industry. So when a mysterious band of sabatouers began attacking earth's defences Jet Justice began working with him, However Magus was secretly behind the sabatoge. After several secret meetings with Diabolika which the strip hinted weren't just professional, Magnus agreed to weaken the defense. When Jet revealed him as the mastermind Sav'ge kidnapped Melinda and was in the process of brainwashing her when Jet broke into his lab. Jet rescued Melinda and the pair flew away just as Sav'ge's lab blew up killing him. Or so it appeared. Sav'ge mostly managed to make it into his escape tunnel. He fled to his hidden base in a remote and hostile jungle. He repaired his injuries and added cybernetic parts that made him stronger, and able to manipulate metal. Having been declared dead Magnus took advantage of the opportunity to assassinate several people he had born grudges against. Each time leaving a note warning Jet hit death was approaching. Jet discovered Magnus was behind the killings and tracked him to his jungle lair. After a fierce struggle Magnus was caught. He soon broke out of prison and was last seen in the strip capturing earth patrol vessels and hiding them in his asteroid base when the strip was cancelled. What readers didn't see was Diabolika contact him, and inform him of Thaluna and Diabalon's new partnership. Magnus made his own deal with Thaluna and followed Diabalon to this new earth. Unlike Diabalon he didn't set out to strike at Jet Justice first, but to establish a power base. To that end he raided several luxury yachts and held the passengers for ransom. With starting capital he quickly started to rebuild his business empire as eccentric Swiss industrialist Svend Magos. THough it is nowhere near as vast as his holdings in the comic world, he feels he has enough here to proceed with his plans. As a result he has started stealing police and coast guard boats. What he plans to do with them is unknown, but will no doubt involve revenge on Jet Justice somehow.
Major Tom 2009
This is what I'd come up with earlier today for Diabolon's look: EDIT: I'm going to have to have to go back and redo Diabolon's pic; I hadn't seen the bit in his writeup about his armor having wings. As for his armor's Life Support power, I'm thinking that it might work like the life-support belts which were used in the Star Trek animated series -- instead of a helmet and suit to keep in the air, the armor would create a 'skintight' force field around him that would perform the same function (can you imagine trying to design a space helmet for someone who's got a horned head?). You know, I can't but help think of how much Diabolon has in common with a certain masked fiend with a Victorian Age obssession -- at the very least, they share some of the same hobbies where members of the fairer sex are concerned ( )... steriaca
Gee, Major Tom, could it be that both were created by the same person, and he wanted to mix some 'Ming' into the mix to make him... not exactly loveable... but, ah... interisting? Nothere
O.k. I gotta ask. Masked fiend with a Victorian age obsession? Now for what I forgot to put into the Sav'ge Magnus finally Personality/ Motivation Loud, blunt, and short tempered Sav'ge Magnus does not feel much need to deal politely with his lessers. Which include most people. He has always felt himself a man born too late. The modern age of democracy and inclusiveness has always struck him as the stupid letting fools do wrong things. He romanticized Earth's past where barbarian hordes would simply settle the debate by riding in and killing those who opposed them, and taking what they wanted. And in many ways has adopted that philosophy. When he wants something he goes after it and has no compunction about doing whatever is neccassary to achieve it. Quotes "Fools talk about how artists and philosophers represent the highest of human culture. Bah. A monkey flinging poop can do what an artist does. It was ruthless men who shocked their societies that provided true innovation." Powers/Tactics Sav'ge Magnus can be quite strategic. Before getting into conflict he'll try to scout the area and create a device to take either take advantage of his opponents weakness or counter their strength. He'll try to pick an area with several large metal objects so he can just stand back and batter his opponents with them. Unfortunatly his temper is his great weakness. Most of his fights end with him getting angry, abandoning strategy, and trying to overwhelm his foes with a brutal beating. Appearance Handsome in a rugged sort of way Sav'ge Magnus is a 6' white man with thick shoulder length black hair, a mustache, and black beard. His eyes are a very dark brown. He is stocky and wears boots. dark red pants, brown shirt, and when being formal a long coat lined with exotic animal fur and high collar. Most of his cybernetic implants are not noticeable, but his right arm and lower left part of his face are clearly metal.
Major Tom 2009
Oh, my...you are a bit of a newbie not to have experienced the run of Mister Wicked here on the threads, aren't you? Major Tom 2009
Major Tom 2009
OK, here's my attempt at Sav'ge Magnus; unfortunately, I was unable to work out the bit with his cybernetic lower left jaw. Wouldn't he probably hide that beneath some fake skin anyway? Major Tom 2009
