Off hand defense skill question

Not sure if this was asked, as Im relatively new to these forums.

 

Can the WF: offhand and the Talent Off-Hand stack DCV? They are both offhand but WF doesnt eliminate negatives like the talent does, so they couldnt be same so figure they would stack. Is this true?

6E eliminates WF: Off Hand as a Skill and rebuilds it as a Talent.  So no, they can't stack; there's no such thing as WF: Off Hand in the 6E rules.
