Drains in 6ed.

We just started a new campaign, moving from 4th to 6th ed.  I have a question about drains.  For a defensive power such as Endurance, the effect is halved.  A 10d6 drain costing 100 active points would average 35 points of effect and drain 87 points of end.  Is this correct?

Close enough for government work -- assuming it's a PC using the Drain, halving 35 would round in his favor, to 18, and thus Drain 90 END. But if the GM wants to go with 87 that's cool by me.
