Portals and the Gravity Gun

My GM is running a 6th SyFy Game and i was going to make variation of the portal gun and gravity gun.   I'v bin trying to find the right combination of skills and limitations for it but i just don't know the system to pull it off.

The portal gun uses the Portal Varation of Teleport, except you can change the "path" you can cross with two actions (at least you generalyl need two actions to get the ideal path you desire).

 

The gravity Gun is propably limited TK.

Plus maybe some pure STR/Blast/KA to simulate attacks with accelerated objects. TK is not the most AP/Endurance effective way to deal damage, so often a Multipower with Blast and KA is used.
