AI-Controlled Automaton: Martial Arts

If an Automaton being run by an AI uses martial arts to fight, which of them purchases the maneuvers, the AI or the Automaton? I'm thinking it needs to be the Automaton body for easing damage calculation, but I can also see how it could be the AI. If the AI moves from one Automaton body to a different one, wouldn't the martial arts transfer as well?

It could be either of them, depending on how you conceive of the character -- and what the GM prefers. I suspect many GMs would look carefully at the idea of a Computer buying Martial Arts.
