Good day. Have been reading through the Monster Hunter International PDFs. They are great and am looking forward to running some games but had a query regarding a monster build.
Creatures with Blood drinking (Vampires, Alley Crawler, etc.) The power related to blood consumption - Specific attack must do Body first. I assume this is a linking. My query relates to why the advantage Constant is added to the power? In 6E1 p.385 it says a contant power linked to an instant only works when instant is used and you may take the a limitation to change a constant to any instant, so why add constant to the power?
