So, I have a weird question about a usable as attack teleport with the no relative velocity adder. (not the one you are thinking I am sure).
Can it be used to instantly add velocity to a target that is already going to move that far in the phase that you use it on them?
For example, a brick is taking a full move of say 20" (he's fast). The teleporter uses Aportation on them after they move 1" and aports them say just 1" (obviously a held action, right ),
Can you then adjust their velocity immediately to 20" (instead of the 5" he would normally get for his, so far, 1" move)?
