In this scenario I have one final question I can't seem to find the answer.
Assuming someone is Speed 3 and changes to speed 7 as a Zero Phase Action in Segment 6. I understand he doesn't start acting at speed 7 until segment 9.
I completely understand and see the elegance of this rule.
What I don't see anywhere is what happens in Segment 6. Does he complete his action as normal for that Segment? Given that he only takes a Zero Phase action in a phase he can act I assume that by default he gets his action. (or he wouldn't have gotten to take a zero phase action in the first place) THe way it is written it appears it could be interpreted either way (that he loses his phase 6 action or he gets it but than does not act again until segment 9)

I have reviewed your answers and the rules.

Which is it?
Thanks in advance.
