6E2 74 clearly delineates a Combined Attack from a Multiple Attack.

 

Since a Combined Attack is not a Multiple Attack, what rules are applicable regarding defenses?

 

Is 6E2 77-78 applicable to Combined Attack, not including the rules on blocking?
