Christopher
Hello again. I found a possible contradiction in the way the "Based on CON" Limitation (6E1 153) is written up: Early it says that among other automatic things: "The target’s Energy Defense or Physical Defense, not Mental Defense, applies against the attack". But later down when giving a hint on how to build a Mind Drug: "[...]would be the appropriate Mental Power, Based On CON, AVAD (defense is PD), [...]". So on the one part it is listed as mandatory, on the other optionally. Question: Is the switch from Mental Defense to PD or ED automatically, or does a Based on Con power still works against Mental Defense?
Steve Long
Re: Based on CON That's a known errata, it just seems to have been overlooked in on-site data entry. I'll get to that next time I add some.

Hello again.
I found a possible contradiction in the way the "Based on CON" Limitation (6E1 153) is written up:
Early it says that among other automatic things:
"The target’s Energy Defense or Physical Defense, not Mental Defense, applies against the attack".
But later down when giving a hint on how to build a Mind Drug:
"[...]would be the appropriate Mental Power, Based On CON, AVAD (defense is PD), [...]".
So on the one part it is listed as mandatory, on the other optionally.
Question:
Is the switch from Mental Defense to PD or ED automatically, or does a Based on Con power still works against Mental Defense?
