Steve Posted May 3, 2011 Report Share Posted May 3, 2011 If a character has a mix of mental and non-mental attacks, is there any prohibition in the rules from using the +0 ACV modifier OMCV vs DCV, applying it to all non-mental attacks (like Blast) and then just buying up OMCV?
