megaplayboy
The thread title explains it all. I'm wondering what latin(or other, I guess lycanthrope is actually Greek-derived) term you could add to "-thrope" to indicate a human who turns into a superhuman(like DC's Captain Marvel, or the Hulk). Metanthrope? Titanthrope(well, I guess that might be someone who could turn giant-sized)? Maybe Hyperthrope?
Supreme Serpent
Re: Coming up with terminology for humans who turn into superhumans using "-thrope" I like Metathrope. Kratos is Greek for power, so something like Kratothrope could work, but not be as easily "cool".
Steffen
Re: Coming up with terminology for humans who turn into superhumans using "-thrope" I may be wrong but as the word "lycanthrope" is derived from "lykos" (wolf) and "anthropos" (human) the word should end with "-anthrope". However, Metanthrope would probably still be correct.
Dr. MID-Nite
Re: Coming up with terminology for humans who turn into superhumans using "-thrope" Uberthropes or Parathropes might also work..though they're not as exact in definition.
