death tribble
Caecilius Hailing from Colombia comes this amphibian thief. Some say that the part of Jeff in Men in Black 2 was taken by this person but fearing typecasting he took to crime. He, or it, is a giant worm that burrows into places and robs them. So most homes are not safe nor are underground drug laboratories as some of the cartels have found out. And after finding that prevention is better than cure (they tried killing him and it did not work, instead he got angry. Over a million dollars worth of refined drug kind of angry) they worked out a profitable arrangement where he got paid of. Caecilius does not speak but he does understand what is said to him in Spanish, English, Portuguese and French. He also understands sign language. He is not the leader of the group but he is a good follower.
Quackhell
Sonoran Pete Goodridge was a high school dropout in New Mexico drifting from odd job to odd job and while constantly indulging in recreational drugs. When he heard you could get high from the poison of certain toads, it was so weird he had to try it. He quickly became addicted to the psychoactive effects and over time began to notice a transformation possibly triggered by a latent mutant ability. His skin became tough, leathery and greenish brown in color and he gained the ability to leap great distances. He also began to secrete poison through glands that grew in his hands and mouth. His tongue can now also lash out and deliver a toxic dose of the poison. The poison has the effect of dulling the victims senses and filling them with brief euphoria and then strong and often nightmarish hallucinations. After a minor crime spree he joined with the Terrible Toads.
csyphrett
Mr. Toynbee is the prankster of the group with his poison dart colored harlequin get up. While the others want to swim in somewhere and just steal things, he wants to do with a style and panache. Leaving clues and booby traps is the way he does this. His natural hopping and kicking ability also makes him a threat in hand to hand and on the dance floor. CES

death tribble
Who brought this team together in order to commit robberies ? None other than The Newt ! Whose the undisputed master of amphibious based crime ? Step forward The Newt ! Who mingles with people both high and low as he selects targets and recruits personnel ? Could it be The Newt ? Who wears a battlesuit shaped like a amphibian ? It must be The Newt ! Who convinces people that he is an expert on animals that can exist on land and underwater when he really does not ? Surely not The Newt ! Who has outwitted the police and criminals alike by playing dumb ? You guess it right The Newt New Team: The Alien Resistance Demanding Inner Space or TARDIS for short The team is composed of Dr Who villains and must be from the TV series and not books or radio adaptations. You will find the Master under villains but the Daleks or Cybermen under creatures and aliens Nothing that is a one off powerful beast like the Black Guardian or the Creature from the Pit but an individual Dalek or Cyberman is ok. Haven Walkur
Sine we're going Meso-american, let's go with the baddest of the big and the biggest of the bad -- The Aztecs! Xipe Totec (the Flayed One) This radiant machine takes the form of a fifteen foot tall human skeleton, with bones made of glowing jade. It has meteorological abilities, and can make rain fall and sun shine down (or at least, bathe an area about the size of five city blocks with radiation of the same appearance, wavelength and other characteristics as sunlight). It also generates a huge, focused "fertility wave", electro-chemically stimulating the growth of vegetation generally, and, specifically, the reproduction of all varieties of CORN... but this ability is inefficient enough that the machine requires a constant resupply of biological materials when using it. What biological materials are required? A] 6-8 pints of human blood from the same source, maintained at higher than ambient temperature throughout, spilled over a 12 x 12 "receptor block" of obsidian. B] 10-12 lbs of ectodermal connective tissue from a single source C] Blood and dermis must be sourced from a healthy, reproductively optimised genetic female And if resupply must be performed each month -- -- then we have a new rationale for one of the bloodier Aztec rituals known, the invocation of the Flayed God, Xipe [hee-pay] Totec, god of corn. The priests of this fertility god stabbed and bled a young female victim, skinned her corpse and then *wore* the skin in a days-long observance representing the resurrection of this dying-and-rising god in the person of the sacrifical victim. During the ritual, the priest danced continuously, tapping the faithful with a "blessing bone" (one of the victim's thigh-bones) as he danced by, clad only in the rapidly-decaying skin... which was sometimes referred to as "The Golden Hide," for the colour it assumed as it rotted! And I love the original Grimm's fairytales, too! death tribble and csyphrett

It appears as a robotic sphinx and demanded to be feed the best body parts of human beings. It doesn't care what it's worshipers did with the rest of the body. It's quest; to have a record of the best DNA of a species, then reproduce it as the perfect organic slave race for it's whelms.
