csyphrett
D-Fens has adapted his magnetic technology to deflect anything metallic away from him at high speed. This has allowed him to derail trains at the higher end of the setting as he rips the rails up and forces the train off the track into a crash. Sundog
Boomgun Well, somebody had to do it. Serina Pollard's suit isn't hugely tough, nor all that fast - but the shoulder mounted cannon was designed to eviscerate MBTs. She usually uses it at lower power levels, though - max charge chews through her batteries too fast, and anyway, the average super is unconscious after a quarter-power hit. That's five, so the next team is a trio of stealthy thieves - The Spectres. Quackhell
steriaca
Phantasm was a brilliant chemist who created a chemical smoke which could linger and which he could add various other chemicals to. His favorites are combustion clouds (a triggered RKA which sets anyone who is at the edge of his darkness field on fire), hallucinations (NND, NCC -1 Mental Illusions based on CON), accuracy decreasing gas cloud (NND Drain DEX, OCV, and DCV), and such. If you can't see, and don't have a backup air supply, he can and will affect you. Quackhell
death tribble
Invisible Dave He is streetwise and has contacts here there and everywhere on both sides of the law. But how he carries out his thefts is unknown which gave rise to the moniker of Invisible Dave. He even pulled off a job in front of people standing around him and another in a locked room with cameras mapping the target. Dave is the one who sets things up for the others and does the leg work if they need to liaise or keep someone else happy. Quackhell
Blind Eye Jessica Ingle wears a body suit creates a distortion field that makes it impossible for people to look at her or to mentally acknowledge her presence. While not invisibility per se it functions similarly allowing her to sneak in to places easily. Being captured by security cameras isn't an issue because her recorded image also effects anyone viewing the feed. New Team: The Servonts The Servo Savant was a super-villain active in the late 50s and early 60s who created many robotic minions he called his Servonts. Savant passed away from pancreatic cancer while serving a prison sentence in '66. In present day an old lab of his has been discovered and six of his old creations have been reactivated and begun terrorizing the city yet again. death tribble
Combot One of the Servo Savant's foes was The Proud American who became convinced that Savant was a Communist and in league not only with the USSR but also Red China. the fact that this was due to mental suggestions by another villain based on the 1959 book the Manchurian Candidate did not help. When the film came out in 1962, things got worse and Servo's patience snapped. If that moron wanted to fight a Communist, then he would give him one. He created the Communist Bot aka Combot. It could take a good kicking but also was equipped to keep a martial artist or mid level brick busy with a variety of gadgets or tricks. This was one of the only instances where Savant created something in response to something that happened to him rather than for a specific purpose. Sundog
The Underbot One of the major reasons Servo Savant was never short of funds to make his mechanical allies was one of the first of them: The Underbot. Capable of melting it's way through the earth, slowly, impassively, inexorably, the Underbot ignored seismic sensors and similar protections around underground vaults because it never drilled or cut. It might take an hour to melt through the pre-stressed concrete and steel, but it had an hour, and once it was in and other sensors sounded the alarm, it was too late - back out through the hole with the loot, close it behind. Technically this is the Underbot mk.3, and it's just as quiet and quietly unstoppable today as it was in '60s. A lot of banks are panicking... steriaca
Skybot Skybot was designed to be a great manuvable in the air robot. It has energy blasters in it's arms, extendable arms, and various kinetic thrusters which can be used as weapons if anyone gets close. It was designed for second story robberies, and like his other bots is the third redesign of it. Quackhell
Quackhell
Bullbot This ornate clockwork brass bull was originally planned to be part of the Servo Savant's Robotic Zodiac, but he quickly abandoned the project. It is able to do considerable damage with it's charging gore attack and can fire lasers from it's glowing red eyes. It also has the ability to transform into a humanoid Minotaur form complete with a massive axe. death tribble
death tribble
Servont For espionage purposes Servont was created and adapted several times. Perhaps the most human looking of the creations that Servo Savant built it was replicated in other models like the maid, chauffeur and footman models. The only one left was the English butler and this is the one that was found. It is dated in its worldview and in its manners which is one way to get its attention as it will not put up with slovenly dress and what it considers uncouth behaviour. It tends to get enraged and attack verbally and eventually physically anyone who breaks its code of conduct. Otherwise it is a perfect servant and spy. death tribble
V.O.L.E. Violent Offensive Lethal Extremist or V.O.L.E. for short is a robotic beast. It was the brain child of Aaron Nichols who took insects and animals and then turned them into servants by making robots or robotic/armoured suits. Remote control is what people think runs the V.O.L.E. but this is not so. Unless otherwise stated it will attack first as it makes a good scout or initial fighter but it is not the leader instead it is the support for the group. JackValhalla
Burrow is the most and least public member of the Groundhogs. Unless scanned by mutant-detecting technology, she is completely indistinguishable from a normal human. She is the team fence and contact, the one that walks down the street in daylight and meets with clients that would like to hire the villain team. In the field, she is never seen, staying under several meters of stone and soil and never showing her face. She can sense vibrations through the earth with uncanny accuracy, and can open tunnels in the ground at will. For most of the Groundhog's enemies, the only defense is their mobility and maneuverability, but once they've been dumped down a forty-foot pit that fills in on top of them they are easy targets for the jaws, claws, and other weapons of Burrow's teammates. JackValhalla
The Almighty, a band of six gods who are labeled as mere 'supervillains' by the mortals of this place and time. Each of them is a divine figure who was worshiped in the past but no longer. They don't necessarily share goals, some may be looking for new worshipers and others may simply want revenge against ancient enemies. They are banded together simply because each of them refuses to band together with 'lesser creatures', but each of them requires assistance in reaching their various goals. steriaca
Alaisingae are two female war goddesses of the Celtic/Germanic area. They have habbit of doing everything together, including finishing each others sentences. There goals are merely to have a good fight, and being "supervillains" are a good way to get what they crave. Quackhell
Whiro The Maori lord of darkness and embodiment of evil. He has finally consumed enough of the dead to escape the underworld. He has also brought forth Taiwhetuki, his House of Death, to this plane as well. It has enhanced all the dark magic used in the world, made diseases stronger and illnesses deadlier. His ultimate goal is simple, cover the world in darkness and devour it whole. JackValhalla
JackValhalla
Nacon Unlike most of his teammates, Nacon does not maintain a corporeal form. A creature entirely of spirit, this Mayan war-god is incorporeal and invisible, known only as a voice and a pervasive sense of malice in the air. He maintains the ability to possess a mortal and fill them with his spirit and knowledge. When he borrows the body of a normal mortal, the skills and battle-fervor he grants them make them the equal of most superheroes in combat. When he manages to overtake a powered body, he adds his power to its own and creates a difficult challenge for a hero team. Sundog
The Dead God Ancient even by the standards of his fellows in the group, this being has lost even it's own memories of what it's worshippers called it. Aloof and primal, it calls lightning to strike it's enemies, floods to wash away obstacles and wind to destroy barriers. So far it has been content to assist it's fellows, but has hinted it has it's own purposes also. When the others ask what culture it came from, all this dark shade says is "Before." But before what? Before the others? Before civilization? Before Man? Quackhell
