archer
Good Vibrations is a small-time thug who thinks he's smarter than he really is. He's looking to move up into the big time with the mob...and he has the power to make a splash. His shtick is vibration powers which can throw out "punches" at range, create small earthquakes, deflect ranged attacks, and otherwise protect himself and others. His moll is Wild Honey, a mentalist sidekick whose obvious attributes ensnares the minds of those who see her.

dsatow
Janie's Got a Gun Jane Smith or Janie to her friends. Her shtick is that she can draw a gun out of thin air. The gun fires a bullet made of intent. If she likes the target, the bullet only does stun damage. If she's angry at the target, it hits like a pack of bricks. If she hates the target, its a killing attack. If she loathes the target to the blackness of her soul, it goes into overdrive and fires a cannon shell. This appears to be what happened to her father who the authorities suspect was abusing her.

He has to concentrate and operate it as if he was riding a real bike. He likes to run people over with it and can travel at insane speeds. He is referred to as Kid by the others Going Underground/Born This Way is a stand bike/rider, so your on the right track. And we did do something like this before. "The Church Of Dio Brando". csyphrett
We've been using the creations of Stan Lee as heroes in the other thread for the Marvels. I think we should use the creations of Jim Lee as the villains of Wild Storm. I don't know if Jim created six characters, so let's say any character he worked on. BoloOfEarth
Min Kyung was a serial killer from South Korea who claimed he could drain the life force from his victims and feed upon it himself, making him effectively immortal. Eventually the police were getting close to catching him so he fled, making his way to North Korea. There, the government experimented on him, adding blades at the ends of retractable cables attached to his wrists. He became one of their covert operatives, an assassin with the code name Alpha Blue. steriaca
Whisper Jealous of his millionaire friend, and suspecting him of being the local costumed vigilante, Sam Silence took inspiration from his name and became the underworld mastermind named Whisper. He specialises in sound based crimes, and manages to kill said vigilante, only to find that his millionaire friend wasn't him after all... ...so he killed him also and took over his idenity. death tribble
Regiment The US Army tried all sorts of programs to create the ideal supersoldier or vehicle. The man who became Regiment was one of those many failures. His real identity has been expunged for fear of law suits or something akin to Watergate hitting the public domain. He has mental powers which in conjunction with the armour he wears allow him to do a variety of things. It allows him to boost the damage any weapon he uses. He is now known as George Jackson. death tribble
Old Gloria Annette Collins was never a good looking girl and she did not become a good looking woman. How she became the demonic being she now is remains a mystery although a number of people who are conspiracy theorists claim US government experiments or a Vatican exorcism gone wrong. She is the brick of the group and now stands at over six feet tall with red skin, horns, big teeth and nasty claws. After she was attacked by a rabid patriot she deliberately adopted the name Old Gloria to annoy them.
steriaca
Atlanta Lee was a beautiful woman from Georgia who would of made a good fashion model. Unfortunately for her, one of her rivals in the pageant scene was a jealous woman who attempted to burn her to death in an "accidental" fire. She was burned, but did not die. Instead, she developed fire powers and went on the warpath. Atlanta Lee is no more. Now there is only Sherman March.

death tribble
Clang Deborah (never Debbie) Ashcroft is the literal Belle of the group. She can make a loud bell like noise which can stun. incapacitate or leave its victims rolling around the floor in agony. She wears bulletproof clothing as she has no forcefields or force walls. If the group needs to make a getaway then Deborah will make an ear splitting bell noise. She does not use her voice merely concentrates and the loud bell noise will occur. BoloOfEarth
Now, now, dearie, there's no sense struggling. The pain will end soon enough. Just lie back and let it happen. And please know this isn't personal. It's just an unfortunate fact of my existence. I must feed on your youth to keep my own death at bay. And it seems, more's the pity, the youthfulness I steal fades faster every time. There are some who think I date back to the Civil War. They would be wrong. I go back further... much further. It's just that 1860 was the first time I slipped up and someone caught me stealing the lifeforce from another, and more importantly got away to tell the tale. No, I made my pact with the Devil back in the 16th century. Please forgive my memory, I don't recall the exact year. You could look it up on that fancy Internet of yours, though. You see, I'm the last survivor of the Roanoke Colony. I won't bore you with the details - honestly, you haven't much longer to live - but suffice to say I became deathly ill and made a deal in order to stay alive. But to do so, I must feed upon the life energy of others. That's what happened to the other colonists, you see. Can't I just feed on the energy of animals? Well, bless your heart, aren't you the curious one? Yes, dear, I can take their energy, but it does little for me. Why, I can even age non-living things, to the point where they crumble to dust, but that does nothing at all for me. Still, it's an interesting parlor trick. Who am I? Well, my given name was Claudette Dare, but I haven't gone by that in centuries. I've had to take so many names over the years, I've long given up trying to keep them straight. You may call me The Gray Lady. And please forgive my prattling on so, but I do think I at least owe you a brief explanation before your very untimely end. Well, I think you've suffered quite enough, and I should end this. That's it, close your eyes, dearie. It will all be over soon.
