steriaca
Don Mega Don Mega is an extradimentinal who was a gainster from a water world which the lifeforms evolved from sharks. Besides size and ability to breath air for limited times, he has strength, resistance, and a really fangy grin. His tommy gun is modified to shoot his loose teath as ammunition (he IS a shark-man, you know). death tribble
death tribble
Sharks and Rays and Meglodons. Let's keep it at the versions that were in the oceans at the same time BUT the majority should be dinosaurs as the name is Dinosaurama. I mean we still have Predator X, the ichthyosaur and the plesiosaur at a minimum.
death tribble
Devil Dolphin This is thought to be another MITT creation although it is thought to be BB rather than Dr Nymax! Someone wanted a water borne killer and so a fossilised Ichthyosaur was brought into the 21st Century and 'improved'. Its speed in the water is quite something and it can leap out of the water and attack people or anything else. It seems to take a sadistic glee in its work and can be understood by its team mates although not by others. It does not spend a lot of time out of water but can survive oil spills and fire on the surface. It can operate in fresh or salt water. There are tales of it nudging torpedoes at other targets other than itself..
freakboy6117
Coelacanth Cecil Lowell Kampf used to be a badass at least that's what he would tell you at great length once he had a few beers in him. He claims to have been a navy seal, a underwater demolition expert in Vietnam, an oil rig roughneck and deep-sea construction specialists. surprisingly it's actually true. he just doesn't look it any more a fail and skinny old man with a raspy voice with a persistent wet cough. He was much bigger and healthier looking even at his age but that was before he got lung cancer could have been from the toxic crap he got exposed to on the oil rigs or agent orange or maybe just his cigar habit. He lost his job and went through many painful treatments but it still wasn't looking at lasting another 6 six months of coughing up blood stuck in a hospice. That's when he heard from an old SEAL team buddy. The Organization he worked for could fix him if he had the money. Cecil sold everything he owned and he just couldn't make the money. So being the resourceful man he was Cecil robbed a bank. But a half dead geriatric wasn't going to intimidate any one so that option was out the window instead Cecil broke into his old work place and stole their extreme depth diving suit. A huge armored monstrosity standing over 9 feet tall and featuring an array of scary tools and pincers. The unit was slow moving but relentless Cecil picked a branch on the beach front and literally walked out of the ocean tore his way into the branch filled a duffel with loot and walked out with a full swat team firing on him. Not that it did them any good but Armour designed for the pressure of the deep ocean just shrugged it off. Cecil walked back into the ocean and disappeared. That was the start of the Coelacanth’s Crime spree gaining his Nom'd Crime after a marine life savvy reporter compared the with its thick armour plates to the armored appearance of bony fish a living Fossil from the cretaceous era Cecil raised enough from his crimes to fund the experimental treatment his old buddies organization turned out to be VIPER and restored to good health and reinvigorated by the thrills of his crimes Cecil worked as a freelancer for them in exchange for upgrades in the suit. He was invited to join the team after several successful years as a solo and Mercenary villain. As it's good to have support and he likes Aquatic crimes. The suit is filled with a liquid breathing medium which not only helps Cecil’s damaged lungs but makes it very hard to stun him due to its shock absorbing properties. death tribble
death tribble
Dako Dako is the short version of Dakosaurus. Looking like a prehistoric version of the crocodile, Dako is bigger than Devil Dolphin and usually protects Coelacanth. Dako has mind link which it uses to communicate but it has no truck with slang nor sarcasm. It can act as a battering ram for the group or it can carry.others who are smaller. The most laconic or easy going of the group, Dako can also swim into fresh water but not very often.

freakboy6117
Elasmo Elias Sauer is a newbie to the Super villain scene only just having received his powers he says from a radioactive Fossil tooth. he is able to turn into a reptile man stronger faster and more durable than a normal man. He is also able to breathe under water his main power is his ability to elongate his neck almost 30 feet either whipping it around to smash enemies or deliver a ferocious bite. Except this is all a lie Elle Sawyer is an undercover UNTIL agent with remarkable shape shifting powers she can change her appearance is almost invulnerable and doesn't need to breath eat or sleep. She's joined the team to build her villain rep in the hopes of getting into a bigger organization she's hoping that coelacanth can get her an intro to VIPER. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elasmosaurus death tribble

freakboy6117
Budget baddies The supervillain community has it's super stars and then there's the other end the six members of the budget baddies are broke. They are at the margins of the community cheap low rent villains with gear made out of junk low level powers and crippling weaknesses. The Z list
steriaca
The Trashman and his robot servent Punchbug are rather junkie. Trashman is an amazing gadgetear, considering that all his gadgets are jurryriged and on the verge of breaking appart. And Punchbug is a fighting brick made of trash which is lucky if his flying insect like wings work, let alone the extra arms with boxing gloves on it. BoloOfEarth
G-Mac is another gadgeteer for the Budget Baddies. Using tools like a Swiss army knife, a paper clip, and a pair of nail scissors, he can create simple weapons, traps, and low-tech solutions to many of the Baddies' problems. (He once made a land mine out of pine cones.) His buddy Pete is fairly useless, but G-Mac is a pretty resourceful dude.

csyphrett
Cartman has the ability to use a shopping cart like a surfboard, becoming a low level speedster. One hit on the cart is enough to send him flying. CES
freakboy6117
Backup Bucky Skye is a teleporter with a highly tuned danger sense unfortunately he can only teleport backwards about 6 feet. He isn't much of a fighter but his ability to bounce around dodging all danger makes him a good distraction. he's Lousy in a fight but makes a good distraction for other villains the only way to catch him is to force him backwards into danger. His costume is a brown leather jacket and pants with a yellow chest and inch wide yellow stripes down sleeves and pant legs.
death tribble
Point of order. Did Steraica give one entry (The Trashman) or two (The Trashman and Punchbug) ?
steriaca
Point of order. Did Steraica give one entry (The Trashman) or two (The Trashman and Punchbug) ? While it is two beings, Punchbug is totally subservient to Trashman (who would constently fix him if he doesn't serve Trashman?) So I say one entery, but I'll go with the majority. freakboy6117
I'd say single punch bug is part of trashmans power set.

freakboy6117
Death master. The world greatest assassin master of every weapon ever created trainer of killers and spies. Death Master is a living legend in the Super villain world. Or at least he was back in the twentieth century. He retired in the eighties to settle down with his wife in Cornwall as regular old Reg Dwight he had a nice quiet 30 years despite the semi annual assassination attempts. All was well until last year when his wife died suddenly of a stroke his way of dealing with his grief was to torch his house dig up his weapon caches and restart his supervillain career. Unfortunately for Reg he hasn't really kept up his training and didn't realize till his return how bad it was too many cigs in the 60s means he gets winded fast early stage Parkinsons has ruined his perfect aim. lumbago and arthritis make his martial arts moves a bit less deadly than they used to be. The final nail is his failing memory. Other supervillains former colleagues apprentices have felt sorry for him and have made the budget baddies take care of him. he's still a lot more dangerous than he looks and when he can be kept on task a tactical and strategic genius. He still wears his original death master costume black body suit utility belt sword and twin pistols with a gun metal skull face mask. Unfortunately it was designed for a man with a much better physique and kind of hangs off him now. Silver Tufts of his once lustrous raven wing dark hair stick out through his mask straps. freakboy6117
Demolition Dan Daniel Franklin Spencer spent a lot of time in hospital not because he was sick just because he constantly had accidents if he could trip over fall into or break off part of something he would. Social workers investigated for domestic abuse and doctors diagnosed everything from inner ear problems to learning disorders and just a lack of commonsense but nothing could change the fact that Dan was forever hurting himself and destroying property. When he was 18 he had his worst accident he slipped leaning over an overpass whilst watching a parade he fell through one float was then run over by the next float before tripped over half of a marching band. The doctors said he would be paralyzed from the waist down and in constant excruciating pain. His parents signed him up for an experimental treatment that was supposed to increase natural cellular regeneration. Unfortunately for Dan the scientists developing the treatment and the world, Dan's clumsiness struck at the worst possible time as he was about to be loaded into the test chamber he had a muscle spasm the orderly dropped him resulting in him thrashing under the machine for several seconds. Somehow in his wild thrashing Dan had pulled out certain safety devices and increased the flow rate of the chamber well beyond its design limits. No one checked before lowering him into the chamber if they had maybe the chamber wouldn't have exploded maybe the resulting fire wouldn't have destroyed much of the research lab and the current phase notes. What is certain is Dan would not have smashed his way out of the chamber with superhuman strength and invulnerability. Dan is still as clumsy as ever he has been forced into a life of crime to pay for the specially reinforced everything he needs to live no normal furniture will support him no dinner plates will stand up to his powerful fingers and forget about public transport. The budget baddies use Dan as a distraction letting him blunder around in public to draw away police and superheroes or occasionally for smash and grab stuff although he can be as much a liability as an asset. Dan is unusual in the supervillain world in that he loves going to jail as all the special equipment he needs is provided by the state.
