Transform attack roll?

What stat is used to determine the attack roll for Transform?

 

Specifically, we're playing "A Night Out of the Rain" from FH Battlegrounds and one of the PCs volunteered his services to Ille Sorden, and thus will shortly be transformed into a Shadow by the Demon Minted Coin that he accepted. What would be used for the attack roll, Sorden's OCV or ECV, or is it something different because of the Trigger on the coin?

Well, it's a plot device, so I wouldn't even mess with an Attack Roll myself. But most Transforms use the standard Attack Roll. Mental Transforms, with the BOECV Advantage, would use an ECV Attack Roll.
