If I were to create the Wish power, just off the top of my head I might do it this way: Wish (stop sign) No explanations necessary - we all know what wishes do. Active Cost: 300 points Automatically comes with a -2 Limitation: Subject to GM Approval. Real Cost: 100 points. (it's a nice round number. Expensive yet able to be bought.) Let's face it; EDM is a poor substitute yet nothing will really be able to work exactly as we'd all like. A VPP is a good way to handle it but even that has it's limitations. Most likely, I'd keep it out of the hands of players. Of course, I haven't mentioned the genie I created that can grant wishes who is a PC's girlfriend...
