Major Tom 2009
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine The images I've been posting lately are 2011. I will note that F2011 is not intuitive. After selecting your option from the 'Item' drop down, you need to click on the large 'N' (novo) immediately below it on the next row for it to appear on the screen. Thanks for that rather handy little tip; I've finally managed to actually use F2011 to make some pics, which I'll post once I've sent them to The Arc for cleanup. It looks like the designer finally corrected what was one of F2010's biggest problems: the tendency for items that were inverted either from right-to-left or up-and-down to distort when you tried to enlarge or shrink them. I also like that you can now use more than four of any given item or symbol now; it's been really handy when it comes to doing new versions of some of the pics that I'd done with F2010, that are closer to looking like their original paper versions. Can you tell I'm happy? Major Tom 2009
Major Tom 2009
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Speak of the devil, and his email shall appear...I wasn't more than a couple of seconds gone from the boards and at my homepage, when I saw that I had an email from The Arc -- with the latest batch of pics that he'd cleaned up for me (thanks again, Arc). Christopher
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Are these guys sort of like the Village People with attitude and chi powers? I guess duplication, themed aroudn the five classical Japanese elements. Edit: Some other sources claim them to be: Earth(Stone), Fire, Water, Metal and Wood. But I have to find a source for that, as the liked ones a different 5. Edit2: No wonder they don't fit, I meant the five chinese Wu Xing Elements. Major Tom 2009
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Remember a few years ago here on the forums when one of its members (Shikarr, IIRC) posted the "journals" of a character called Firefrost? Well, I've often wonder- ed what her costume might've looked like, so I sat down and came up with my idea of what her costume might look like. Major Tom 2009
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Since finding out that F2011 doesn't suffer from image distortion like F2010 does, I've gone back and redone some of the pics that I'd originally done with F2010 to make them even better (and closer to the way that the origin- al paper drawings looked).
