Major Tom 2009
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine The second of Charlie's field support operatives is Vi, who like her friend P.P. is an ex-Army soldier. Unlike P.P., who likes to blow the pojutiees out of the opposition from long range, Vi prefers to get up close and personal, and her weapons reflect this preference. She carries a CAR-15 (the lightweight version of the M-16 rifle) for long-range combat, and a SPAS-12 12-gauge shotgun for close-range work. Also unlike P.P., she's not an adrenaline junkie, and pre- fers to deal with the enemy as quickly as possible. Xavier Onassiss
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Another special for Independence Day, and a blast from the past from my days using Hero Machine v2.5: Lady Liberty. Frequently described as "the female Chuck Norris" of super-heroes, this former Texas Ranger defends the other 49 states with (almost) equal fervor. Her costume is rumored to have 50 stars, but nobody who tried to count them has ever remained conscious long enough to finish. And don't even think of asking about the tan lines.... Major Tom 2009
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Here're a couple of pics which aren't from any book (so far as I know), which are two versions of the same character: the Dragon Queen, a figure in the underworld of Chinatown (in whatever campaign city the GM chooses) who's actually a fairly decent sort. The F2010 version is actually the second version of the pic; I used Heromachine III for the first version. Major Tom 2009
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Also from Silver Age Sentinels, the heroic Lady Starbright (SAS' version of Green Lantern): Before anyone who's got a copy of SAS says anything about the costume design not matching what's in the book, my only defense is that there wasn't any way to recreate the exact pattern using F2010, so I had to do an entirely different design. The process was success- ful, but had unexpected side-effects. Not only did she gain superhuman str- ength, virtual invulnerability, and the ability to heal almost instantaneously from any injury, her eyes and hair also changed color as well. Because of the color that her eyes and hair changed into, Dr. Gentry took the super- heroic identity of Magenta: Major Tom 2009
